Courtesy Corporation is headquartered in Onalaska, Wisconsin, just north of La Crosse, on the Mississippi River. More than 40 years ago we started with a single location. Today, Courtesy Corporation is one of the largest employers in the region and has grown to include over 35 McDonald’s restaurants throughout Western Wisconsin, Rochester and Red Wing, Minnesota, and Decorah, Iowa. We’re a fast-paced, progressive company that places a high priority on encouraging our employees, providing hospitality to our customers, and serving our communities.

Courtesy Corporation’s hospitality-focused employees serve more than nine million people—every year! Those 2,500 employees include high school students, students working their way through college (whether majoring in business, history, marketing, social work, or whatever!), seniors, moms, and dads…And many of them are managers or managers-in-the-making. One thing they have in common is that they all enjoy the benefits of working part time or full time with Courtesy Corporation and the number one, global, quick-service restaurant!

We take an active role in each community we’re a part of. From school-to-work and business education programs, career fairs and involvement in Junior Achievement, to contributing to non-profit organizations through Ronald McDonald House Charities of Western Wisconsin, Courtesy Corporation enjoys being involved in the communities it serves.
