Taking on responsibility for implementing crew incentives, evaluating employee satisfaction surveys, and conducting crew communication sessions. |

Helping administer the national marketing calendar and point-of-purchase materials. |

Facilitating communications with crew and management to ensure success of promotional materials. |

Getting hands-on, practical experience in creating profit and loss projections, handling audits, and controlling a profit and loss line item. |

Learning how to complete a food cost analysis. |

Handling administrative responsibilities such as completing manager and crew schedules. |

Experience and actively participate in what it takes to run a million-dollar-plus business on a day-to-day basis. |
