- McDonald's Premium Salads offer mixed greens, including romaine, baby spinach, and baby kale, and a variety of other vegetables that are an excellent source of vitamin A and vitamin C. They also provide about 2 to 3 cups of vegetables - more than half of what the USDA recommends for your daily serving!
- McWraps are made using wheat tortillas.
- The blueberries and strawberries used to make McDonald's Fruit 'n Yogurt Parfaits are a good source of vitamin C and the low-fat yogurt is a good source of calcium.
- All fried menu items in McDonald's U.S. restaurants are made using a canola oil blend that contains 0g Trans Fat.
